Mr. Tim O’Sullivan
Mr. O’Sullivan has been President of Bio-Chem Fluidics since 2011. During that time, Bio-Chem has experienced rapid profit growth and increased investment in customer relationships, new products and state-of-the art capabilities. He joined Bio-Chem in 2007 as Vice President of Manufacturing, during which time he founded Bio-Chem Shanghai, the company’s new business and manufacturing facility in China. Tim’s previous work experience includes roles in Corporate Strategic Planning and Merger Integration at Exelon Corporation (Chicago, IL) and Medical Device Manufacturing at Polaroid Corporation (New Bedford, MA). He also served in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant aboard the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71). He holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School (Boston, MA.) and a Bachelor of Engineering with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College (New York, NY).
Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Bill Easterbrook
Mr. Easterbrook has 27 years of experience in medical and scientific product design and development, from ideation through commercial release. He has held leadership roles at Centrix Dental (Shelton, Conn.), Svelte Medical Systems (New Providence NJ), and OrthoFix Spine (Wayne, NJ). Bill has had key Engineering roles at Becton Dickinson (Franklin Lakes, NJ), Cordis, a Johnson and Johnson Company (Warren, NJ), Care Fusion, formerly Vital Signs (Totowa, NJ), and Fresenius USA (Rockleigh, NJ). He holds several US Patents, has published articles in the areas of Advanced Drug Delivery and Cardiovascular Therapies, and has driven the release of 25 new medical devices and/or trade secret processes over his career. Mr. Easterbrook holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University (Boston, Mass.).
Vice President, Finance, Operations and HR
Mr. Vinnie Favia
Mr. Favia joined Bio-Chem as the Vice President, Finance IT and HR in November 2014. Prior to joining Bio-Chem, Vinnie was the Corporate Controller at Inrad Optics, a publicly traded manufacturer of custom crystalline and metallic optics from 2009 to 2014. From 1999 to 2009, he was the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and part owner of Signature Badges and Accessories, a private manufacturer of custom metal badges for police, fire, EMS and security personnel. Prior to that he was Chief Accounting Officer for Compass International Services Corp. from 1998 to 1999 and Corporate Controller for The Union Corporation from 1991 to 1998, both companies were publicly traded companies that provided outsourcing business services. Vinnie began his career with Ernst & Young, a global leader in audit, tax and advisory services, from 1984 to 1991. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Pace University.
Vice President, Automation
Mr. Joe Turiello
Mr. Turiello joined Bio-Chem in April of 2013 as Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Bio-Chem, he held leadership positions in Manufacturing and Producibility Engineering, as well as, Production and Operations Management. His experience has been centered on the design, implementation, and management of high tech manufacturing techniques used in the commercial instrumentation, aerospace, and space industries (IAW ISO-9001, AS-9100, and NASA specs.). He holds a VBSS Greenbelt certification from the University of Michigan and received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Mr. Chris Murphy
Mr. Murphy joined Bio-Chem in December of 2014. Prior to his arrival, he spent more than a decade as the President of the US subsidiary of the Zapi Group, which designs and manufactures power electronics and electric motors, where he lead that organization to grow sales by more than 400% and establish its brand as a major force in the global market. He has a broad background in OEM Sales, Accounting, Operations and Management. Mr. Murphy possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University.
