Mr. David Minning

David has joined Bio-Chem Fluidics, Inc., a leading manufacturer of a broad line of inert fluid handling components for the analytical, clinical diagnostics and medical device markets. In his role as CEO, David will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, in collaboration with the Board, building a high-performance culture, identifying digitization and innovation opportunities, and evolving the business strategy to accelerate growth.

David’s 30 years of experience spans across industrial and medical markets for both B2B and B2C companies. This includes senior roles in Global Marketing, Innovation, Business Development, Finance and General Management at Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., a global manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment.  David comes to Bio-Chem from FXI, Inc., a manufacturer of polyurethane foam products where he spent seven years in various general manager roles and most recently as Chief Commercial Officer.

David is a graduate of Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in Finance. He also holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati, Carl H. Linder School of Business.

Director of Sales

Mr. Chris Withrow

Chris Withrow joined Bio-Chem in 2016. He brings 9 years of medical device and OEM experience to this role. Over his time at Bio-Chem, he has supported the company in a number of positions including US Sales Manager and Business Development Manager. Prior to joining Bio-Chem, Chris held sales positions at global medical device manufacturers including Novadaq, Stryker and Abbott Laboratories. 

Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from The United States Military Academy at West Point in 2006, and subsequently served 5 years in the US Army as a Chemical Officer, attaining the rank of Captain while leading Soldiers at Fort Lewis, WA and during a combat tour in Diyala, Iraq. 

Vice President, Operations

Ms. Linsey Holden-Downes

Linsey joined Halma through the Halma Future Leaders program in April 2013, and completed rotations at Palintest, Apollo, Texecom, and Cosasco. Following the programme, Ms. Holden-Downes joined Diba Industries as Production Manager at their Cambridge, UK facility before eventually being promoted to Plant Manager, managing all the activities of the UK business. Ms. Holden-Downes left Halma briefly to work at Amazon where she had responsibility for all inbound and outbound operations within the UK-EU Fulfillment Center. She rejoined Halma in August 2017 as Director of Operations at Bio-Chem before being promoted to Vice President. Ms. Holden-Downes has a Master of Chemistry from Newcastle University and a Diploma in Law from Northumbria University.

Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Morgan Amsler

Morgan started at Halma in 2012 as part of the Halma Future Leaders program and joined Accutome in 2014 as New Product Development Manager.  He became the Director of Innovation of the Medical Sector in 2016 and joined Microsurgical Technology as the Director of Business Development in 2018 where he identified partnerships and acquisition targets to accelerate growth for the company’s surgical and digital health strategies.

Morgan received his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in Tennessee and is currently attending Columbia Business School in New York City working towards his Master of Business Administration with anticipated graduation in May 2020. He spends his free time as a New York City Sightseeing guide and a judge for the Collegiate Inventors Competition.
