How do I place an order?
To protect our customers against receiving the wrong equipment or parts ALL orders must be placed either by fax or e-mail. We cannot accept phoned-in orders. The procedures for placing an order are different depending on your customer designation: OEM, End-user or Distribution partner.

If you are an existing or prospective

How do I check the status of an order?
Please call our customer service at 973-263-3001. Please note that the majority of orders are built to order on an individual basis – the time between order placement and shipping can be from 5 – 45 days depending on the product.
What do I do if I have a return?
All returns require a Return Authorization Number before material can be accepted back into our factory. The Return Authorization Number is issued upon receipt of the Return Authorization Request Form and Certificate of Decontamination.
