How do I place an order?
To protect our customers against receiving the wrong equipment or parts ALL orders must be placed either by fax, e-mail or via our on-line store. We can not accept phoned-in orders. The procedures for placing an order are different depending on your customer designation: OEM, End-user or Distribution partner.
I’m an OEM, how can I place an order?
If you are an existing or prospective
OEM customer you can place your order either directly with the factory by fax to 973-263-2880 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
or you can contact one of our regional OEM distributors
I’m an end-user, how can I place an order?
If you are an end-user (that is you are NOT intending to re-sell the product you are purchasing) you can either order through our on-line store (click on the product list to the left) or through one of our Distributors

How do I check the status of an order?
Please call our customer service at 973-263-3001. Please note that the majority of orders are built to order on an individual basis – the time between order placement and shipping can be from 5 – 45 days depending on the product.
What do I do if I have a return?
All returns require a Return Authorization Number before material can be accepted back into our factory. The Return Authorization Number is issued upon receipt of the Return Authorization Request Form and Certificate of Decontamination.
